Senior Interior Designer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at Elysian Interiors. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead design projects from concept to completion, manage client relationships, and mentor junior designers. You will be responsible for developing creative design solutions that align with client expectations while upholding our high standards of design and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee interior design projects, ensuring timely and successful completion
• Develop and present design concepts to clients, including mood boards, sketches, and material selections
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and architects to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements
• Supervise and mentor junior interior designers, providing guidance and feedback
• Coordinate with vendors for material selections and furnishings
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation meets quality standards
• Maintain awareness of the latest design trends and technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and commercial interior design
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, MS Excel, and Vray
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of successful design projects
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
